Qualified Staff for Quality Care
At Friends we believe that a happy and caring atmosphere is essential. To promote this we take great care in choosing responsible, conscientious and professional staff who are particularly able to gain the confidence of young children. Our high standards are maintained with regular staff training.
The children to staff ratios are strictly maintained as laid down by the Children's Act. We operate a key carer system enabling us to meet your child's individual needs. This understanding and familiarity leads to responsive care and greater emotional stability.
The core team is qualified to N.N.E.B/NVQ 3 or equivalent. In addition we support local colleges who may place students with us for assessment under strict supervision.
