Friends Private Day Nursery aims to provide a flexible service for parents and a viable alternative to the employment of a nanny or childminder. We are open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and only close on Bank Holidays and days between Christmas and New Year.
Babies can attend a minimum of 2 full or short days. Children from 2 to 5 years have to attend for a minimum of 3 sessions. Sessions run from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm. Short days are 9.15am to 3.15pm. The food, nappies and wipes normally provided during the sessions are included in the price.
Children receiving government funding at 3 years can also benefit from attending during term time only.
As strict staff ratios have to be maintained, children cannot be accepted before their session begins and a fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be charged to parents arriving late.
